DIJON CRAB CAKE SAUCE    

CRAB CAKE INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 little shallot, minced
1 little garlic clove, minced
spot of legitimate salt
1/2 oz white wine
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon margarine
CRAB CAKE INSTRUCTIONS
Most importantly sauté shallot and garlic until shallot is clear. And afterward add wine to deglaze skillet, permitting to decrease for 15-30 seconds. The subsequent stage is to add mustard and salt; bring to bubble.
